Do you send the emails from your servers?
No. Emails go out through the mailboxes you connect, so they come from your own address and domain. We decide when each one is sent and keep track of what happened.
What counts toward the daily limit?
Every email that goes out, first emails and follow-ups alike. Each mailbox also has its own daily limit that you set, which is handy while a new mailbox is warming up.
What happens when I hit the limit?
Nothing breaks. Sending stops for the day and carries on the next morning in your timezone.
How do I move to a paid plan?
Online payment is on its way. For now, sign up on the Free plan and get in touch. We switch your account over the same day.
Are the prices in rupees?
Yes. Prices are per month in Indian rupees, and GST is added on top.
Can I cancel or move down a plan?
Any time. Your campaigns, leads and results stay where they are; you just go back to the Free plan's limits.
